Challenge:

A short-term rental management company based in Florida had a heavy reliance on OTAs, with most bookings coming from Airbnb and Booking.com, and managed all listings through Guesty (Duda builder). The goal was to optimize their existing website to support direct bookings, improve search visibility, and build a trustworthy digital presence that reflected the quality of their properties. The existing site functioned more as an informational page, and the aim was to transform it into a lead-generating, guest-friendly booking platform.

Solution:

A complete digital upgrade was executed using WordPress, with a focus on direct booking capability, branding, and scalability. The website was built with guests, homeowners, and realtors in mind, ensuring a clear and engaging experience for each audience.

The process included:

  • Integrating Guesty to automatically sync property details, availability, and guest inquiries.

  • Developing custom property pages with high-quality visuals, detailed amenities, and real-time inquiry forms.

  • Implementing an SEO and content strategy with Florida-focused blogs and travel guides to build organic visibility and local authority.

  • Redesigning the user interface with clear calls-to-action, responsive layouts, and consistent branding to reinforce trust and credibility.

Collaboration with the development team ensured the final website looked professional, polished, and user-centered, offering a seamless experience that supports direct bookings while reflecting the brand’s quality.

This project went beyond simply launching a website — it created a long-term digital framework for growth, visibility, and direct guest relationships.

Results:

Within the first 1–2 months, the website began showing steady organic traffic growth and an increase in form submissions. These early signs confirmed that a well-optimized, brand-driven direct booking platform can start delivering measurable results early on.

After:

The foundation is now set for sustainable long-term growth, strengthening brand visibility, fostering guest trust, and creating the structure to gradually reduce OTA dependency.

Direct booking growth is a long-term game built on branding, credibility, and consistent engagement, and this project firmly established that base.
